The "La Petite Maison" Custom Watercolor House Portrait is the best handmade gift! Custom paintings are the perfect way to bring your home to life with a memorable piece of artwork.
This is a unique, timeless hand-painted watercolor to remember your own home or a great housewarming gift for loved ones! The custom portrait is created by a photo you provide, and can include an optional, personalized hand-lettered script underneath painting.
Can be a First Home Gift, Moving Gift, Realtor Closing Gift, Wedding gift, Anniversary Gift, Birthday Gift, Christmas Gift, Housewarming Gift, Engagement Gift or a Gift for Yourself!
What I will need:
- A front view photo of the home (or multiple if there are trees or structures blocking pieces of the façade)
- Since these paintings are personalized, if there is a flower bed, tree, sign, or other object that you would like included, please let me know so I can be sure to paint it as you would like!
- A quote or phrase you would like included onto the painting (This is optional and not required if not wanted)
- Optional, but I love hearing about the homes story if it has one! Any special facts and history is special in itself and I want to capture it and make sure your painting reflects everything important to you!
How this will work:
1. Send me a high-resolution photo of the house you want painted (must be a front view of house, side and angled views are accepted only in addition with the front view) in a private message, and if desired, what you would like the script underneath house painting to read (specify cursive or print)
(and please let me know if there is a date you need your order by (if it's a gift for someone, closing date, etc) I want to make sure to get your order to you in time!)
2. Select the size of painting when placing order. If you would like it framed select the framed size. If you would like to frame it yourself and just receive the painting alone, select the unframed painting size.
3. If you would like script underneath your painting, you will also need to type it in the "Personalized Text" box. Type what you would like it to read (please make sure to also include this in your private message with the picture of your house and specify if you'd like it in cursive or print)

*** Items ship standard shipping (3-5 days) 4-5 days after order is placed (as I need time to paint your custom order)
If you would like your order to arrive in an earlier time frame, please message me before placing your order as the item will no longer be free standard shipping and I will need to be reimbursed for added shipping costs
